Responsible for the production of finished goods for sale to customers. Responsible for procurement of sku’s and the transportation from Asia, Germany and the USA. Managed a 100,000 sq. foot warehouse. Responsible for customer service and orders direct from our customers utilizing staff in Mississauga, Vancouver and Montreal. Developed and implemented business processes for sales forecasting, demand planning and SLOB. Managed 7 direct reports and an annual budget of $6MM and an inventory level of $20MM.

Watermaid Canada - Director Business Development, Finance and Operations 2014 - 2015

Responsible for increasing sales, net profit after tax and overall supply chain operations. Development and implementation of business process redesign and change management to reduce complexity of operations which reduced operating costs by 20%, reduced accounts receivable by 43 days, and reduced on hand inventory coverage by 19 days.

Developed a new pricing strategy, which increased net sales and margin by 22%. Developed and implemented trade spending management policies which reduced gross to net spending by 24%. Colgate Palmolive - Sales Manager (Planning) 2011 - 2014

Responsible for developing sales plans with trade spends of $160,000,000. Analyzed national sales account plans to determine growth opportunities. Developed and implemented new versions of the customer relationship management (CRM) planning software. Standardized trade spending methods across North America which resulted in a 50% decrease in time developing sales plans and a decrease of trade spend by 12%.
