Dear Sir/Madam

It is my pleasure to provide this letter of reference for Ms. Kelly Bennett. I have known Kelly for over 5 years as she served as my office manager in our Montreal office. In that period, Kelly was instrumental in the startup of our Montreal operation as we transitioned from a United Kingdom based organization to Montreal based. Her knowledge of the Montreal business community was key to us finding the right office space and building a competent staff in a very short period of time.

Kelly demonstrated daily her management and organization skills keeping a diverse workgroup focused on supporting a unique international advocacy organization. Beyond keeping the office environment running smoothly, she also provided logistic support to multiple staff members traveling to the corners of the globe, all with clockwork precision. If you are looking for a hard charging, competent manager and organizer to run an operation or keep an office running smoothly, Kelly is the right person for the job and I highly recommend her. If you need any further information or details, please feel free to contact me at 513-***-**** or acxuqy@r.postjobfree.com.

Sincerely,

Don Wykoff

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Kelly Bennett for the last 5 years at the International Federation of Air Line Pilots’ Associations (IFALPA). She is a highly skilled, effective, and efficient employee and is very capable of taking on a multitude of roles. Kelly was initially hired into IFALPA as a part-time employee as the Federation was looking to expand its presence in Montreal. Her potential was so impressive that even before she started, the position of an Administrative assistant was made full time. Kelly quickly adapted to her role as the sole administrator in our Montreal office and she took on increasing responsibilities as it was decided to move the entire HQ from the UK to Montreal. Using her interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of the Montreal business environment, Kelly was able to reach out to the banking, legal, and recruiting firms necessary to initiate the opening of financial accounts, secure legal advice, obtain the services of an auditing firm, and hire on additional human resources to make the move possible. She was instrumental in establishing a relationship with Montreal International to facilitate, both logistically and financially, our HQ relocation. She had a significant role in securing a new office space at 485 McGill St. and was largely responsible for the new HQ design and acquisition of furnishings. As new staff were brought on board and the transition of moving the HQ to Montreal occurred, Kelly was promoted to Office Manager and was responsible for the day to day logistics of running our non-profit organization of 11 Montreal-based staff. Kelly’s responsibilities were wide ranging from payroll, Annual Conference preparation (our conferences were located at different global locations and hosted 500 people annually), ensuring adequate office supplies, general mailbox management (electronic and regular post), and the list goes on and on as you can see from her accompanying resume.

Kelly always volunteered to host our annual holiday party at her home in Longueuil and she is a well-respected colleague to all who have been fortunate enough to work with her. She will be sorely missed by IFALPA and we wish her all the best in her following career. Respectfully,

Captain Mike Jackson
