left totally unused after the 1979 revolution) according to state of the

art standards and equipment of the time.

+ Re-building and upgrading the above establishment's photography studio

and darkroom lab (which `till then worked on totally wrong procedures)

based on the best yet affordable and available material and equipment to

date.

+ Introduced to and helped the team in making use of latest computer

graphics technology of the time in producing educational-aid animations and

videos (which later brought revenues for the university in making short

educational-aid documentaries for students and professors; it even helped

make extra financial income for that university by providing services to

other universities and organizations, including the National TV)

+ Helped design, build, set up, renovate or upgrade photography and/or

video studios / darkrooms and related facilities for other firms and people

who either did not have such services or they did but required help in

improving and updating their properties for better quality work and higher
