Position: Service Technician -January 2016 to Date

Duties:

Services and repairing of TMM.

Daily checks on trackless mobile machinery.

Maintaining a safe work environment.

Adjusting and modifying equipment where necessary.

Accurate fault finding.

Attending breakdowns.

Ensuring standards are always followed in the provision of maintenance service.

Ability to read and understand hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic diagrams.

Removing and replacing major components eg axles and hydraulic pumps.

DUTIES

Managing of preventive maintenance on trackless machines through checklists

Removing, installation, assembling and disassembling major components e.g. engine, axle, and POSI stops
