o Directed and taught Ricoh the global ERP system selection process through all of its business units, including vendor demos, evaluations and negotiations.

o Developed divestiture and consolidation plans for CEOs, CFOs and CIOs, realizing $10's M+ in savings and successful “Day 1” Operations; Created and taught the M&A IT Methodology for Nationwide.

o Planned, sold and directed the implementation team for BaaN ERP at MCMS.

o Designed, Sold and Managed a group of 100+ to implement an image-enabled dispute resolution system for Prudential.

Deloitte & Touche Manager 1994 - 1996

Systems Integration and M&As: Created, sold and executed programs for the systems integration of successful M&As. Developed complete h/w, s/w integration specs options & cost analysis for each option.

o Led multiple teams in the Redesign of Payroll, HR and Benefits for Nine West’s Acquisition of US Shoe. Reengineering included all systems, technological, personnel and training issues amid conflicting and sensitive dynamics.

o Created the Strategy and Budget for the Systems Integration Component of the Phillips van Heusen acquisition of Crystal Brands. Redesigned Workflows include store Point-of-Sale, Warehouse, Distribution and Shipping.

Document Imaging, Workflow and Reengineering: Developed imaging user requirements, BPI, system requirements, image-enabled forms, cost benefit analyses and implementation plans.

o Led the design for business and technical requirements, Workflow redesign and New Image-Enabled Forms for the HR Dept. of Mississippi. Created the Cost-Benefit and Break-Even Analysis for integration to the client’s mainframe.
