- Setup Cost and Schedule tracking programs based on original Contract and maintain cumulative weekly progress updates.

- Prepare and present Project Controls requirements to the Construction team at the Pre-bid and provide updates weekly.

- Track Daily on site Labor and equipment hours along with construction material and contracted Equipment deliveries.

- Review and record on site deliveries against owner approved submittals and shop drawings for compliance.

- Review Contract Change Order requests for feasibility and track all T&M costs on a daily and cumulative basis.

MacDonald-Stephens Engineers – Mission Viejo, California 5/91 to 10/94

Resident and Project Engineer on a $15 mil. Wasterwater Treatment Plant expansion for Yucaipa Valley Water District.
