Acted as the sole FAA ODAR, Organization Designation Authorization Representative, for several years. As a Delegate of the FAA, performed Product Conformity Inspections for new product entering production and completed all airworthiness product inspections for outgoing product requiring 8130-3 Airworthiness tags.

Additionally, as a delegate of the FAA, performed FAT, First Article test, surveillance associated with the FAA Conformity process. Acted as a FAA representative and work closely with Customer/OEM DER, Designated Engineering Representative. Complete this critical process for new product entering production/incorporation of product improvements per FAA requirements.

Coordinated GSI inspections with site DCAS representatives for final product buy-off. Performed TDP, Technical Data Package, reviews to assure all contract requirements were met.
