Joined Gujarat Electricity Board, as Junior Engineer in December 1978

Promoted as Deputy Engineer in 1984

Promoted as Executive Engineer in 2006

Promoted as Superintending Engineer cum I/C Additional chief Engineer, Bhuj / Katchh (PGVCL).

Retired as Superintending engineer and presently working as Inquiry officer in PGVCL on contract basis.(Paschim Gujarat Vij Company ltd). I am also working as an Independent member in CGRF at Torrent power Ahmadabad (Nominated by GERC)

The Highlights

Directing complete project operations in the organization, while leading and mentoring staff strength of 1500 people.

Successfully completed 220 KV Substation project at 220 KV s/s, Kansari.

Demonstrated capabilities in executing the power restoration project after cyclone in the year 1982, 1987, 1997, and earth quack of 2001.

oRestored the power in a short span of time, repairing severe damages to HT/LT line and Transformer center.

Completed the erection of power cable (lying of cable), handled characterization, testing, fault finding, type of power cable used for different voltages and most suitable for particular work and industries.

Executed the project for completing cable lying work for 66 kv and 11kv underground for our key customers.
