I was the Vice-President of Investments, in charge of multifamily acquisitions, in northeast Florida and South Carolina. The firm is a principal buyer of value-add multifamily properties in Teas, FL and SC. I was in charge of sourcing 200+ unit, Class B/Class C multifamily properties with a value-add potential. I had underwritten over 50 deals in the past 12 months. I oversaw and worked with a regional property manager and real estate analyst.

Prepared engineering plans (pre/post development, geometry, paving & drainage, erosion control and maintenance of traffic) and obtained final plan approval from City of Atlantic Beach, FDEP, FDOT and SJRWMD.

Bent Oaks Plantation, Nassau County, FL The project involved design of 198-unit single family dwelling units located along State Route 200 (A1A) in Nassau County, FL. Worked on the design of storm drainage management facilities for the project using ICPR software.
