I helped the customers pick their oil, and provided them with information about their Cars. Updating and providing opportunities to purchase new parts for their vehicles; I also cashed customers out at the end of the service.

The customer service I would address the issue the client was having, keeping a calm, reassuring attitude, to best assist the customer. I served basically as a middleman, contacting Vanti for our customers to get the information I needed to help them fix their problems with our machines.

● Our House Assisted Living CNA October 2014-September 2015 I was responsible for ensuring clients received medications on time. Also making sure clients were bathed, in clean clothes/briefs, mouth hygiene, cleaning (household duties mainly), laundry, cooking/food prep ect, documenting every shift.

● The Grille Waitress/Host October 2011-March 2015 As a Host I was in charge of seating customers, and getting them fresh drinks/ appetizers, salads, and cashing out customers. The waitress position I took the customers’ orders, entered their orders into the computers to be sent back to the cooks, brought out their orders, and made sure everything was cooked correctly, and to customers’ standards. Also was in charge of cleaning bathrooms, and sweeping and mopping the restaurant floor.

● Bear River Bowling Center Maintenance/Cashier May 2011-March 2015

I was responsible for taking food orders, checking out shoes, getting drinks, customer service, and working the cash register. Maintenance, I fixed pin jams, broken belts, oiled the lanes, and put up and down the bumpers.
