Ensure reimbursements are appropriately calculated to meet the expected allowable amount
Develop aggressive strategy to appeal unpaid and underpaid claims in a timely manner.
Extensive daily Communication with insurance carriers of all types.
Communicate with patients regarding their EOB and insurance allocated responsibility.
Identify patient’s accounts with under or over payments.
Initiate procedure for reimbursement of credit balance either to the insurance carrier or the patient.
