Provide executive level administrative legal support to Justice Gregory T. Perkes and staff attorneys.
Responsible for receiving cases assigned to staff, data entry of all cases in Case Management, updating staff case list and assisting staff with all office duties as assigned. Draft legal documents and case summaries for staff.
Accountable for all case management disposition entries involved in each assigned case.
Responsible for formatting, circulating and ensuring all memorandum opinions are edited, approved and sent out to interested parties and publishers as necessary.
Accountable for issuing all civil/criminal mandates.
Coordinate all administrative travel arrangements/travel reimbursement vouchers for Justice Perkes and staff attorneys.
Manage Judge’s calendar and coordinate appointments and meetings as requested.
Provide assistance with all clerk duties including receiving daily filings, assisting the general public, and answering telephones as needed.
Prepare all semiannual Candidate Campaign Finance Reports as required by the Texas Ethics Commission, in an individual capacity not as duties pertaining to the Court.
