Contract position through Aerotek Engineering, manufacturers of foam products for medical and automotive use. Assisted in entering documentation for their new Epicor system. Reviewed documents for correct nomenclature and content. Also, assisted in corrective actions responses and developed generic control plan and PFMEA formats.

Grand Rapids Spring and Stamping (Gill Holding Company) 09/21/2015 – 4/28/2916

Responsible for gage instructions and development with great success, assisting in development of PPAP’s, and migrated documents from an older version of Plexus to a newer version. hat was extended to open ended long term. Also, acquired quotations for new gages and assisted in the design of same.

Magna Cosma 11/01/2014 – 07/14/2015

Contract position through Aerotek in an automotive startup operation responsible for training in gage techniques, verification of product quality, documentation of performance on machining operations and a multitude of tasks to assist the CNC operators in getting their line set ups done and gages ready for the use of staff. Created gage instructions and gage care standards. Responsible for assisting in the design and procurement of gages.
