Responsible for complete business operations with direct reporting relationship to Owner and accountability of $8 million dollar annual operation.

Operational overview includes Business Development, Business Organizational Skills, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen & Business Analysis.

Safety: Achieved 31% reduction in Total Recordable injuries from 1998 to 2000.

Productivity: Realized 19% increase in productivity from 1998 to 2000.

Achieved 16% reduction in product flow time through primary and secondary operations via visual strategic store management and use of Kanban. The direct effect was improved internal and external customer performance and satisfaction. Inventory turns improved from 7.5 days to 13.5 days.
