While being deployed to Al Udeid, I was challenged to create custom Remedy Reports to Track, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Metrix for the commanders morning briefs. These reports saved approx. 3 hrs. a night by improving and automating the process for 7 work centers. This increased the ticket visibility, which reduced ticket resolution times by 70% and improved client service by 25%.

The Reports were also used to automate PowerPoint slides for Commander via an Excel spreadsheet. Supervised 1.8 K account creations in less than 24 hrs. Ea.

Supervised, trained and mentored 4 CFP personnel.

Integrated Mission Status Log (MSL) to MS OneNote which increased shift changeover time in half. Directed 7K critical/High/Medium Remedy tickets per mission priority matrix. Orchestrated greater than 93% Ticket resolution in less than 24 hrs. Monitored two fiber cutovers with 57 Organizations and 7 Air bases. Also increased Network security and minimized mission impact of $10 Billion aircraft fleet.
