The project, costing about INR 74 cores, includes 47 Nos. 11KV Feeders of line length

550 KM, Re-conductoring of Existing 11KV line, 23 new 11 KV Bay,

11kV/440V New Distribution Transformer (25KVA), Shifting of Distribution

Transformers (25, 63 & 100KVA), AB Cabling work up to 800KM & Meterisation

works under Feeder Separation Project.

I had worked in A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services.Ltd, in as a Project

Manager, work related to EPC, High Voltage Distribution System(HVDS)

Project in Indore (M.P.)

Sope of work:- The project includes New 11KV Line of line, 11kV/440V New

Distribution Transformer (25KVA), different size of AB Cabling work & Meterisation

Works under HVDS Project.

Responsibilities: Manage overall project including erection, Commissioning &

commercial activity related to invoice, Billing end to end responsibility, routine meting

with S.E./R.A.O./Joint Director/Director Finance, Attending meeting at

circle/Region/CMD level. Liaisoning all level in M.P.K.V.V.C.L, Indore. Take Charging

Augmentation of Existing 11 kV Line Conductor with additional

support/D.P. and shifting of Transformers to load center Under ST(N) Works in Indore

Region.

Scope of work:- Preparations of project status report/project completion report.

Erection Testing and Commissioning of Transformers of 10KVA, 16KVA & 25KVA.

Construction of new LT Lines on AB cable, 11 KV Lines.

Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Protection System & Equipment.

Project Management: Knowledge of all project phases: documentation, materials and

equipment procurement, installation and commissioning at site, management of staff for

timely implementation of ST(N) project.

Various reporting like Manpower report etc.

Follow up with client and consultant for receiving the construction drawings and prepare BOQ according to same and discuss with my senior to arrange resources (Manpower, tools, team requirement etc.) Customer handling, settlement of grievances at local level/ feedbacks to H.O resource status, keeping team.

Monitoring & Supervising day to day progress of the sites by inspection & take out the punch point for rectification, commissioning, testing of lines(33KV ).

Responsible for timely completion of project rollout.

Follow up of deliveries and customer acceptance of deliveries of equipment materials and implementation of services.

Planning of target sites for next month, movement of subcontractor teams accordingly.

Reconciliation of invoices, payments etc. with vendors/subcontractors.
