Dr. Gravina has forty (40) years’ experience as a training architect, college professor, and U.S. Army Major (Ret.). He has successfully coached, mentored and taught thousands of students in the US, England, Saipan, Guam, France, Brazil, Hong Kong, and Ireland. Gravina analyzed, designed, developed, and reviewed instructional and performance interventions for the Navy client training program based on performance objectives, performance characteristics, culture, context, current research and other factors.
