As a recruiting analyst my process starts when the candidate accepts the new job offer accept.

Receives emails from the various assigned recruiters through the outlook for offer accepted candidates.

Enter the candidates information on excel spreadsheet i: e Name, email address, offer accept date, position, immigration status and etc.

From Virtual Edge send out the response agents for new hire paperwork, housing information and welcome gift information to the candidates.

Follow-up with the candidates to complete the paperwork.

Once paperwork is back, check if the candidate has completed all the required forms. Making sure if the candidate requires Immigration.

Making sure for the final data entry is completed before to the start date for the candidate to start the work on the start date.

If delay with the final data entry notify the recruiter for the possible start date change.

Per the recruiter request change the start date through the virtual edge and notify the candidates new start date

Following up with candidates and interacting with the recruiters on the daily basis.
