Intro:

Presently volunteer Production Director and Robo Cam operator at Mount Paran Church where we transmit two Services every Sunday live.

There, we have 6 cameras, two of which are robotic. Sometimes operates the two robotic cameras, or at the Controls, directing the live transmission, or sometimes on one of the cameras on tripod.

Over 3 years working in a Mailbox iT packing, shipping and office center.

Packaging and shipping packages for customers through Fedex, USPS, UPS and DHL; making custom boxes for odd shaped packages. Print Fedex shipping labels and USPS Priority Labels and ensuring packages are shipped, ensuring that we don’t run out of supplies, stocking and restocking inventory. Also helps customers with typing, fax, copy, passport photographs, video transfers etc.

Over ten years of video production experience, working at TV Stations as Producer/Director and Master Control Operator, (Transmission Director) producing programs, documentaries and TV adverts.

Worked with various production companies as producer, director and editor at various times; worked at MC&A a Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising Agency Creative Department as an Audiovisual Controller for years and OB&M advertising agency.

At MC&A, I was responsible for all tv and radio adverts produced by the agency. Relate with production companies, negotiate budget, draw up production schedule and follow it through from per production meeting to casting, location recce, props, rehearsals, production and post production up to the final print. Make presentations to the agency and the client.

Presently, shoot on HD Camcorder and edit using Adobe Premier Pro software, Pinnacle Ultimate HD and Corel Video Studio Pro X9, and runs an on-line TV; awtnonline.com.

05/2000 to 12/2009: Wolf Camera (Retail)

Assistant Technical Service Manager/Warehouse & Shipping Associate: Responsibilities include development of films and printing of photographs, maintenance of machines and retail sales. Ensuring that chemistry is properly mixed for good and colorful photographs and most importantly customer satisfaction. Advising customers on what camera to buy and taking them through how to use same (Customer Service). Also combined this with being a cashier; often times you have to operate the cash register.

01/98 to 12/99 : Scharff Weisberg Media

Executive Producer: Scharff Weisberg Media is a Production outfit with a shooting studio and three edit suits;Svhs, Betacam sp and Non linear Dv. Responsibilities included meeting with clients which included agency producers and independent producers; giving quotes for scripts, directing and producing TV adverts, editing, writing scripts etc. I also saw to the running of the editing suits. Production format was Mini Dv.

01/94 to 12/97 :Media International

Senior Producer: Here at Media International, also a production outfit, l was a senior producer, and my responsibilities included production and post production of TV programs, documentaries and adverts. I was also involved in casting for models, location recce. rehearsals, costumes, scripting etc. Production format was Betacam Sp and DVC Pro.

01/90 to 12/93:MC&A,(Saatchi&Saatchi)Advertising Agency

Audiovisual Controller: Responsibilities here included advising the agency on budget, script duration, Production director, models, location etc. Also supervise production and editing of television advertisements and also radio; recommending the voice that best suits scripts, depending on the target audience; meeting seemingly impossible deadlines, coordinating multiple productions at the same time, working with other departments in creative to ensure deadline is met, and that the message is same, presenting final product to client and defending it.

06/88 to 12/89 : Ogilvy Benson & Mather Advertising Agency

Audiovisual Executive: Responsibilities included pretty much everything mentioned above except that l had a manager.

Presently l am an events videographer, and photographer with a Digital Photo Lab.

Every place l have worked l have made a difference and l believe l still have what it takes to make that difference.
