* 20 Years of US Navy experience (Retired 11/16/90-11/30/00) and 17 years in Military Law enforcement On board U.S. Naval Sea and shore Commands. 2013-2016 - Security Walls

*Responsible for the overall Building Security and well-being of over 7,000 IRS employees, contractors, children, along with 93% of all Americas taxes in the Continental U.S., As Supervisor for more than 50 Security Officers, 12 SOC dispatchers and 65 weapons in one of the most Secured sites in the U.S, at the New Carrolton Federal Building.

* As Supervisor of the main IRS Building, daily training is required on such events as: Use of Deadly Force, Building Evacuation procedures, Bomb Threats, Missing Child Alerts and Searches (Code Adam/Amber), Shelter in Place Crime Scene Procedures, and Response to Active Shooter. The overall safety of the Employees inside NCFB as well as securing the premises of all 3 building is the primary goal along with part of the New Carrolton Metro Train station. 2011-2015 – American Security Programs

* Responsible for the compliance and implementation of security for each Government facility contracted to American Security Programs for the Department of Homeland Security throughout the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia areas for such sites such as Food and drug Administration, Consumer Product Safety Commission, Department of Transportation, FBI, U.S. Border Patrol U.S. Customs, and U.S. Courts.

2009-2011 Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP)

* Teamed up with the Department of Defense (DOD) police to help maintain a safe and secure medical center for all active and retired military and their families as well as civilians. Assists with investigations, traffic accidents and violations also part of the emergency response team, qualified on CCTV surveillance monitoring system throughout the hospital as well as the Hugs Infant Tag System, Experienced in handling confidential materials, Trained in defusing Hostile situations, and qualified sharp shooter in small arms weapons. 2008-2009 U.S. Naval Air Station Souda Bay Greece

* Worked with Greek Navy in a joint effort to maintain law and order on Naval Air Station Greece while providing the proper training in the fields of Anti-terrorism attacks, hand to hand combat, and small arms weaponry. * Directly responsible for the training and safety of 9 junior Petty Officers, 30 junior sailors, 6 Police Patrol boats and the small arm weapons on board each Patrol Boat. 2005-2008 U.S Navy Sewell’s Point Police Precinct (Naval Station Norfolk)

* Supervisor to over 50 junior personnel on 43 armed posts, as well as mobile Police Patrol Unites and 5 Harbor Security Boats Teams afloat to ensure the safety of all Military and civilian who enter or worked on Norfolk Naval Base.

* Teamed with DOD police in efforts to support the readiness of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet to include more than 90 home ported Naval ships, 16 aircraft carrier squadrons, 500 tenant commands, and more than 90,000 active duty and civilian personnel. * Supervisor to 4 junior sailors, Primary duties to maintain law and order throughout the ship in port and out to sea, prepare all documents for Commanding/Executive Officers Inquiry for non-judicial punishment (NJP). Supervised restricted sailors with daily routines, musters, and extra duties, head of the brig escorts team.
