Professional Summary
My professional career has afforded me the opportunity to experience nursing from the bedside to management, in settings ranging from acute to long term. Caring for people, either directly or indirectly has been most rewarding. As an advocate I am driven by the desire to provide quality care with the end result being good clinical outcomes. I am a results oriented person. I value education as a tool to be used daily to give knowledge and understanding in order to promote an atmosphere of accountability and ownership. I embrace personal and professional integrity that fosters an environment of respect, trust and professionalism. Nursing to me is a career that gives life to those who embrace it for what it is.
