Professional experience

Responsible for maintenance of transportation business traveler long drive (Algeria/Constantine/Annaba) on the Mercedes bus equipped with 402 and 422 engines also with ZF gear box.

Workshop supervisor to NAFTAL base BOUNOUARA/EL KHROUB GPL side (01 month) in September 2005.

With BERGERAT MONNOYEUR ALGERIA I started as field technician in 01/10/2005 (repair man, trouble shooter, service representative after sale to the customer for the brand CATERPILLAR)everywhere on the Est of ALGERIA (every day new place,new customer, new problem) our job consist to:

1. To help customer to do correctly preventive maintenance and follow maintenance schedule of the manufacturer to respect warranty period.

2. Commissioning and demonstration with training machines on all full range.

3. Diagnostic and ordering the correctly parts for a good repair. 4. Performed different letter service requested by the manufacturer.

After 6 years 6 month like this I get a remuneration like work shop supervisor on our base in SETIF (Est of Algeria) my mission consist to: 1. Achieve a very good turnover for this region.

2. Perform any preventive maintenance, repair or diagnostic, rebuilt if it’s possible on this work shop.

3. Help the gays to do a job in a good condition (technical problem, safety, perform rotational training).

4. Controls any part order make the preformat for any repair and invoice every work.

1. Supervise the customer on every work he do it on preventive maintenance or repair.

2. Training client teams on different mechanical task and ensure a good transfer of knowledge.

3. Send a good report to our hierarchy a warranty team on every abnormal operation.

4. Be sure about every repair with one report like this we can give a detailed report for KPI report (for a very good followed)/contractual contract.

5. Help customer team on every diagnostic or repair to avoid a long black-down machine.

(repair promotion on customer site or in the workshop with the formula necessary).

3. Promotion of organs REBUILD or CPT and CCR machines. 4. Solve disputes after sales being by proper and adequate solutions. 5. Carry out various tasks for the recovery (constitution of missing records, purchase order, repair order, quotation service or parts, invoicing. 6.
