Description:

Crum & Forster (CnF) provides specialty and standard commercial lines insurance products through their admitted and surplus lines insurance companies. Seneca Binding Authority (SBA) is subsidiary of Crum and Forster and offers General Liability, Property and Inland Marine coverage for a wide variety of Excess and Surplus (E&S) risks including contractors, day care, distributors, farm, garage, habitational, hotels, manufacturers, a variety of mercantile risks, restaurants and bars, special events, vacant risks and many other types of exposures. SBA currently uses Solartis policy admin system and they are changing their policy admin system to Accenture’s Duck Creek. This project is being implemented in Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

Interview client and gather the requirements

Prepared corresponding artifacts: FRD (Functional Requirements Document), BRD (Business Requirements Document) and SRS (System Requirements Specification).

Create minutes of meetings and published to all stakeholders highlighting discussion points and pending action point

Followed the Agile methodology for the entire SDLC.

Create/Update the user stories based on the requirement in the confluence. Update mock up screens as per requirements update/change
