Preparing HSE Plan for project in compliance with the company and client policy.

Preparing Project HSE requirements for the project by capturing requirements from standards and regulations as well as requirements specific to the project.

Ensure that HSE requirements are covered in line with the Project HSE Design Criteria to the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and pre Commissioning phases of the Project.

Preparing HSE construction manual and procedures for the site construction activities by clubbing the client requirements as well as Saipem corporate procedures in compliance with the regulations.

Checking compliance with national and International standards such as NFPA, API, SOLAS, ATEX, ISO, IMO.

Preparing and coordinating in the HAZID, HAZOP and SIL for the project and other documents such as HSE Philosophy etc.

Understanding and review of project Plot plans, PFD’s, P&ID’s and process safety systems.

Preparation and review of LOSPE documents such as HAC, F&G detection, AFP etc.
