My duties include:bar and cellar work;ordering of beers wines and spirits;supervising bar staff. I supervise and carry out delegated back of house management of all cleaning duties,ensuring the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness at all times. I as a manager lead by example whilst being able and committed to create sufficient opportunities to fulfil the supervisory aspects of the role.My job is about keeping standards high both by personal input and the supervision of other staff. I took up this role in Jan 2001 and have the full responsibility for the overall operations of the club.The role is varied and incorporates all aspects of business. Planning and overseeing all stock control.

Coordinating the allocation,use,maintenance,and repair and servicing of resources and equipment.

Human Resources Management in line with all club requirements Risk management of all operational and Health&Safety and welfare activities. Meeting the standards of customer service and customer satisfaction. To provide leadership and vision.

To assist in the development and implementation of marketing activities. Within this role I covered a varied line of operations including all aspects of construction. I lead a small team based across the country on contracts lasting from two weeks through to twelve months.
