Quality, Materials and Operations Management

As Quality Manager at LMI Aerospace, planned, coordinated, and directed the 150 employees 133,000 sq. ft. Chemical Processing facility's quality control program, which ensured continuous production of products consistent with established standards. Supervised inspection, document control, and quality engineering. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and Document Control/Process Control Testing. Carried out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization's policies and applicable laws. Conducted both Internal and External audits for AS9100, Nadcap, government and all prime customers. Identified sources of process variation by collecting data to determine root cause analysis and selection of Continuous Improvement Projects.

As Plant Manager at Trece' Industries, was responsible for maintaining productivity, facilities, quality and efficiency of two plants with approximately 50 temporary employees and 20 permanent employees in the production of insect entrapment devices for the agricultural industry.
