Houston (University of Houston; August 2016 – December 2016) Team lead for a four-person project team to
recommend and implement SalesForce Enterprise Lightning + NPSP for Executive Service Corps of Houston
nonprofit organization. Performed thorough research and identified several viable options to improve business
processes and time management for staff based on Client system requirements. Established open communication with
