Career Summary

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) BC. I am currently a hospitalist in an acute care hospital. My scope of duties at the hospital include, assessment of the patients, education of the patients, families, and nurses, ordering of labs, and other test as deem necessary for the treatment of the patient, interpretation of lab results, and implementation of treatment plans based on the results, perform other procedures such as suturing, take the leadership role during Code Blue, and Rapid Response, including insertion of Endotracheal tube. I collaborate my clinical practice with Internal Medicine Doctors, Pulmonologists, Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, Orthopedics, and Critical care.
