1. Environmental Control & Fuel Monitoring System (ECFM-EU)

Client: A.D.A (D.R.D.O), Bangalore

Organization: Spectrum InfoTech. Bangalore

Environment: AUTOCAD, UG NX6Description: ECFM-EU has to provide intelligence to perform various tasks relating to Environment Control and Fuel Management Operations. The ECFM-EU Unit has to interact with Environment Control System Control Panel (ECS-CP) to provide manual / auto modes of operation to the pilot. The ECFM-EU unit has to interact with GRP also to support ground refueling and Fuel tank calibration operation.

Responsibilities:

Design Modification for existing ECFM-EU Unit using UG NX6 to increase Reliability, ease of production and maintainability.

Review new designs for manufacturability.

Process planning for fabrication.

Design updation & on-time solution to carry on production activities.

Fulfilling client queries regarding Design & Documents etc., with change proposal, maintain and track ECR’s.

Production support for deliverable ECFM units.

In house Inspection & offering to Inspection agencies (CRI, ADA QC).

2. Video cards test Jig

Automated testing equipment provides the necessary working conditions for testing the ECFM-EU units which are used in Light combat aircraft (LCA).

Design of test Jig, modeling of parts using UG NX6 software, Design approval from customer, vendor follow up for fabrication of parts, customer interaction, test Jig assembly, and customer Certification.

3.Dual Technology Mine Detector(DTMD)

Design & development of Radom enclosure, Controller unit, Display system for Dual Technology mine detector. Developed the products from a basic concept through field release.
