FOR REGENTS LA JOLLA HOA, manage day to day operations, coordinate all maintenance and upgrade projects, advise the Board on updates and suggestions for long- term strategies for upkeep including landscaping. employees. Assist in designing bid specifications; follow through to bidding and award process. Annual budget is $2 million.

FOR REGENTS PARK STREET & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ASSN, address landscaping, signage, irrigation, lighting and other exterior issues. Worked with the block’s two other associations on a formal allocation of our respective responsibilities. Annual budget: $200,000.00.
