Manage outbound appointment setting department, home shows, data entry. I specialize in data base marketing direct mail and advertising. I handle payroll, discipline, appointment quality and confirmations, reporting and training of agents. My skill has been commercial asphalt marketing transferred easily to residential construction.

Beltway Pavement Company – Waldorf Maryland 4/10/2010 – 8/30/2012

I managed and organized the sales marketing division for commercial asphalt installation and road paving and construction via ACT Data Base for companies in four States. Each remains highly successful in commercial sales opportunities and accountability of staff. Under my supervision, the individual companies grew from 1.5 to 10 million gross within a 3-year period. E-mail and marketing databases grew from 200 to 3,700 decision makers for pavement services. I established sales and appointment qualification guidelines, grading and tracking system with an emphasis on motivated buyers. I restructured proposal generation process and expedited sales cycle.

I retrained a veteran outside sales staff to canvass door to door, which resulted in massive, verifiable growth. I optimized websites for maximum traffic, brand recognition and reduced ineffective marketing expenditures by 40%. I increased residential sales by implementing the only financing program for driveway installation and commercial truck repairs in Southern Maryland.

I was the most sought after pavement marketing professional in Ohio and have the highest RFP ratio from database marketing efforts. I hired, managed and trained telemarketing representatives to make highly qualified appointments resulting in increased immediate sales. I ordered material trucks, obtained sub-contractor proposals, met with engineers and obtained required permits. I increased sales and reduced cost with geographical appointments setting to decrease fuel cost and increase number of estimates. I sold commercial paving projects ranging from $5000 to $600,000, collected on 87% of outstanding accounts, and managed complaint resolution and negotiations.
