Led multiple, world-wide teams of developers/testers and business team members to deliver value to the business in the area cost for hardware and software brands

Responsible for enhancements, new development and maintenance of seven cost related assets.

Worked closely with the enterprise wide implementation of SAP (Blue Harmony/iERP) to integrate legacy and strategic systems with the core SAP solution which was implemented to incorporate all financial systems into a single global solution.

Piloted and implemented Rational tools within the CIO and Application Services teams to improve productivity, transparency and efficiency within the team.

Continued to perform many of the Test Manager roles until a replacement could be found a year later and then trained and mentored two replacements.

Responsibility for planning, risk and issue management, plan & test execution and user support.

Piloted and then implemented the use of Rational Quality Manager (RQM) within IBM for internal projects. RQM was the first tool that could support the entire test cycle from planning to closeout and support the reuse of test cases in follow on development work which improved efficiency and increased productivity.

Developed and taught a 2-day training course on Rational Quality Manager (RQM) for 50+ people in the IGF organization as there were no courses available in IBM yet. The course was recorded and used throughout the company for other organizations during the roll out of RQM.
