Project Description:
Commercial Lending Platform is an new project in lending domain which will help user to borrow money for short duration for their business needs. The platform is built on Java, with Camel as EIP, JBoss BPM, BRMS, Oracle database.
AMEX OPEN is introducing a new short-term financing offering that provides 30,60, and/or 90 day terms on qualified invoices to small business owners. This offering provides business owners the working capital they need to improve their existing business cycle and the funding needed to take on new business opportunities that might have otherwise been impossible for them to pursue. Hence, this project involves development of commercial lending platform for AMEX OPEN card holders. It includes developing end to end system from customer acquisition to servicing. The project involves validating application data from third party services like OFAC, Lexis Nexis and as well as validating it with some in-house existing services. It includes exposing and consuming RESTful and SOAP services, processing OPEN customer data.

Project Description:
The purpose of this application is to decide access and check entitlements. A&E is a shared layer used by several web applications to authenticate and control the access of products.
A&E application consists of a set of services responsible for registering & authenticating website user’s details, listing their entitlements and controlling online access to the protected content. A&E services are built around third-party software RightAccess (or RightAccess). A&E services are Java/J2EE interfaces. These interfaces further interact with RightAccess.
Earlier, the websites ran on different platforms and had their own authentication mechanism. Since A&E came in the picture many of these websites have started using common platform.
Users can buy a license from Elsevier to view the content published online in various websites. Website authorizes user’s payment details and creates a license after successful authorization.
A&E facilitates single sign-on, allowing users to use same login credentials across all websites sharing A&E.
