1.Performs value engineering.

2.Attends presentation/meetings with the client until the cost is within their budget.

3.Supervises timely and quality completion of cost proposal on or before the target date set by the client.

4.Monitors, comply or improves with the standard productivity rate per CFA 28 MH/m2 in completing the preparation and submission of cost proposal.

5.Maintains conducive environment by complying with the ISO guidelines.
