Provide leadership for the plant's manufacturing warehouse organization, the largest in North America ~700 000 sq.ft and up to 5 000 000 cases of material. Manage inventory stored at the 3rd party facilities (3 buildings ~650 000 sq.ft and up to 2 600 000 cases of material). Manage Salaried (Inventory Analysts/Warehouse Supervisors) and Union (Auditors/Checkers/Order Builders/Drivers/Shippers/Receivers/Replenishes/Re-warehouses) employees for all locations throughout all shifts.
