Grader
• Discarded and routed defective products and contaminants for rework and reuse.
• Notified supervisor and specified personnel of deviations from specifications, machine malfunctions and need for equipment maintenance.
• Graded, classified, and sorted products according to size, weight, color, and other specifications.
• Recorded inspection and tested data, such as weight, temperature, grade, and moisture content, and number inspected and graded.
• Cleaned, trimmed, made adjustments, and repaired product and processing equipment to correct defects found during inspection.
• Wrapped and packages product for shipment and delivery. Examined product and monitored processing of product, using any and all of five senses, to determine defects and grade.
Packager
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
• Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes.
• Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks. Employment History:
