Looking for a Logistics Specialist position utilizing knowledge of productivity standards, shipping management and logistics overview to assist the company in managing its core logistics needs.

Trace, track and expedite purchase processes

Checking and validation required permits/requirements of shipment

Handle shipments under PDEA and PNP regulated chemicals

Coordination with different freight forwarders and couriers

Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity

Handles triangular shipments both air and sea.

Interact with third party logistics service providers

Organize files both manually and electronically

IMPORT

Interact and coordinate with different forwarder/courier for shipment bookings.

Facilitate pick up arrangement and end to end transportation from supplier

(shipper side).

Coordinate with item owner/buyer for required instructions and manufacturing need by date.

Track and trace of shipment status.

Securing permits or clearance for regulated items (i.e. Chemicals, camera, radioactive items etc.)

Uploading and updating items in the List of Importable( E-Konek)

Preparation of Letter of Acceptance for all –Collect(EXW) shipments

Updating shipment plan.

EXPORT

Conduct weekly monitoring for Outbound shipment via Air/Sea

Facilitate shipment booking for the winning nominated forwarder/courier

Securing permits for regulated items (i.e. Chemicals, camera, radioactive items etc.)

Creation of proper invoice and packing list for particular shipment.

Creation of Export Declaration (AEDS).

Conduct visual inspection of item for shipment and validate the dimension/weight.
