South Donahue Residence Hall & Parking Facility Construction Cost: $85,000,000.00 Auburn University – Project Manager / Field Superintendent A residence hall housing 400+ undergraduate student athletes. Dwellings are primarily two bedrooms, two bath suites with common living quarters and a kitchenette. Additionally, the facility contains one bed/bathroom suites and four bed/bathroom suites. A high-end interior buildout of the Delta Sky Club accommodations at the newly constructed Maynard H. Jackson International Terminal “Concourse F” located within HJAIA.

Baggage Claim Expansion Project Construction Cost: $24,500,000.00 Huntsville, Alabama – Project Manager

The $24.5 million expansion of the baggage claim area will consist of a multiphase expansion/replacement of the existing baggage claim area on the ground floor of the existing terminal building. The two story project will include demolition of the existing baggage claim, approximately 28,000 new building square feet of first floor baggage claim and rental car space, approximately 13,000 square feet of 2nd floor shell space, approximately 7,000 square feet of 2nd floor circulation space, and approximately 4,000 square feet of elevated walkway space to the new parking deck structure north of the terminal.
