Baggage Claim Expansion Project Construction Cost: $24,500,000.00 Huntsville, Alabama – Project Manager
The $24.5 million expansion of the baggage claim area will consist of a multiphase expansion/replacement of the existing baggage claim area on the ground floor of the existing terminal building. The two story project will include demolition of the existing baggage claim, approximately 28,000 new building square feet of first floor baggage claim and rental car space, approximately 13,000 square feet of 2nd floor shell space, approximately 7,000 square feet of 2nd floor circulation space, and approximately 4,000 square feet of elevated walkway space to the new parking deck structure north of the terminal.
