Successfully negotiated reduced rate for credit card processing fees, resulting in approximate annual savings to hotel of $50,000. Also was technical advisor for PMS and POS systems at this property and others controlled by parent company, and played a key role in the complete system conversions and user training at this property and several others. In addition to my own staff, I supervised an assistant controller and bookkeeper at two of the company’s other hotels and performed the month-end closing and preparation of financial statements at all three properties.
