Project: Automated Loan Processing System

I am working on their Mortgage team and Automated Mortgage Loan Processing System is a part of the Credit Risk Management Department. Automated Mortgage Loan Processing System goal is to replace manual loan process and integrate with third party credit systems and automated generation of notifications.

Responsibilities:

Working with users in defining the project and workflow system requirements

Conducted interview with Credit Risk Analyst/Underwriter to define business rules and requirements of proposed system

Documented requirements by raising specific questions through interview and workshop processes

The goal of this project was to provide a tool to conduct the risk assessment of a potential customer and also to re-evaluate the risks involved with a current customer. This tool involves authenticating the customer, checking current credit limit and previous credit lines, payment history, fraud history, business history, frequency of credit card usage, etc. The goal of this project was to design and develop a web base user friendly and efficient application that would provide internal users with a tool to conduct the risk assessment of potential customer and also to re-evaluate the risk involved with a current customer.
