Sagamore Sales & Marketing, Inc., 569 Main Street, Suite 201, Warren, RI 02885 Founding shareholder of Sagamore a contract inside sales and marketing providing solutions to medical device companies; started along with BearHill partners. Develop processes, tools and methods core to Sagamore’s sales and marketing process enablement capabilities, HR, and compliance. These include customer relationship management and sales analytics platforms that drive better ROI and more predictability in sales and marketing forecasting models. Sagamore delivers more than 5 times ROI and currently has 20 employees beyond the two principals.

Developed dashboards and coherent pipeline reporting methodology for the company.

Designed cash flow projections and plans to ensure adequate capitalization, including a needed loan.

While self-employed for three years was invited to join this 2005 Gartner profiled IT consultancy (network vulnerability, penetration testing, and social engineering tests) by a Bearhill partner who was a former colleague. Ultimately, focus on new firm Sagamore led to reduced project and residual income until Bearhill’s closure.

Instituted monitoring methods that eliminated project delays and increased performance for the IT security consultancy portion of the company.

Collaborated with sales leadership and executed outsourced manufacturing of a specialized telecom compliance hardware creating a $500,000/annual residual business. Vice President Operations 1993 – 2004

Westcon Group, 520 White Plains Road, Tarrytown, NY 10594 Voda One Division, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 (2001 – 2004) Promoted to Vice President of Operations due to acquisitions in 2000 with a view toward integrating these teams into the Westcon culture.
