Created and maintained KMGH and KZCO visual identity, developed visual solutions and coordinated creative projects for on-air, print and digital format. I developed and created fresh illustration, graphic and animation styles for News, Promotion, Client Services, Community Affairs, and Scripps' graphics hub. Designed graphics on multiple projects simultaneously, on multiple platforms, while communicating effectively with producer or creative team during process. I created and maintained visual solutions and creative projects for KMGH in print materials, outdoor advertising and signage. Produced high-quality graphics when challenged by tight deadlines, short turnaround and a fast-paced environment. Highlights:

Lead designer on over 40 primetime News and special features. I won Emmy’s for two specials in Art Direction and Graphic Arts. Nominated for two additional Emmy's. Conceptualized and designed station’s brand logos and graphics for Storm Station 7, 24/7 Weather, 7 Everyday Hero, Mike Nelson’s Colorado, Coats for Colorado, Elections 2004-2012. Maintained brand identity with style guides and brand guidelines.

Conceptualized, designed and animated all graphics for commercial spots; Salba Chia, Sun Share, Bella Energy. Developed and designed all logos and graphics for “Mile High Living” show and infomercials. Designed and animated digital billboards for News, weather and promotion projects.

Social media artwork, concept, and design for KMGH’s web, Facebook and Twitter pages. Conceptualized and designed all graphics and logo for Going Green page on TheDenverChannel.com, creating a revenue generating page for sustainable businesses. Also, co-produced two Going Green primetime specials and provided weekly content to web page.

Senior graphic designer for KXAN and KNVA's news, promotions, sales and client services. Collaborated with producers for all graphic needs in promotional spots and commercials. Art direction for in-house and location productions requiring sets and props.

Highlights:

Lead designer for two News graphic redesigns at KXAN and the 5pm News graphic redesign for KNVA. Lead designer and responsible for organizing projects and assigning work to other graphic designers. Executed graphics and animations for three daily newscasts and primetime specials for News and features. Lead on all extended breaking news coverage graphics. Conceptualized, designed and layout of print ads, posters, contest material, station signage and web graphics for both KXAN and KNVA.
