Senior Project- Timber Bridge design for a golf cart path. Spring 2016
The bridge was a modified version of Da Vinci’s self-supporting bridge. I was responsible for drafting, structural analysis, and overseeing construction.

Position: Coordinator/Dispatcher
Summary of Responsibilities:
Answered and directed a high volume of calls to the parking office. Duties consisted of: handling customer complaints and concerns, giving directions, and transferring calls to appropriate offices. While in dispatch, in addition to answering phone calls, we also had a heavy influx of radio calls.
As a coordinator, it was my responsibility: to schedule and supervise 10-20 employees, take over in the dispatch whenever it was too busy, count monies, general clerical work, deal with customer issues face to face, and fill in wherever else needed.
