Supervision and execution of boiler pressure part and quality.

TECHNICAL COURES DETAILES:-

I had completed NDT level II mechanical quality inspection certification course from trinity institute in Bangalore .viz

1. RT-Radiography testing

2. DPT-Dyepenetrent testing

3. UT-Ultrasonic testing

4. MPT-Magnetic particle testing

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Erection of structural and pressure part in boiler.

Planning for sequence of erection.

Planning of material requirement according to erection sequence.

Maintaining quality standards in alignment and welding.

Study and execution of structure.

Making of protocols for checking of alignments.

Site administration.

Preparation of planning schedule for daily activities to achieve client and customer requirements.

Man power utilization.
