General Description of Responsibilities:

Deliver Safety Induction Training, Conduct safety tools box talks

Monitored strict compliance of “Permit to Work” system at work site and explain the importance of the same to workers.

Carried out activity risk assessment for the especially category jobs and provide it to the supervisor along with the Work Permit.

Carried out the Job Safety Awareness (JSA) for the selected Job.

Ensure the availability of the Fire Extinguisher where ever necessary and also trained to worker for the correct use of the same.

Prepare Near misses incidents statics and maintain the records. As well First Aid Injuries (FAI)

Can provide Safety Suggestions in case find out the critical situations.

Monitoring Safety activities in the relation to Confined Space entry, hot works in Hazardous area, working in height area and working at elevated location etc,.

Provide necessary helps / Tips to work force in maintaining standard Housekeeping and proper waste disposal.

Site audit, work permit audit, site observation and any type of violation rectify and maintain record.

Accidents, Crane/ Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) & Incident investigation and reporting.

Monitoring and ensure that all employees have been working with wearing proper PPEs.

Provide Training to Supervisors, Foreman, Leads men about conduct tool box safety talks.

Maintaining Safety promotion activities such as Displaying Safety Poster, Safety Signs.

Maintain all Daily/ Monthly safety man hours and safety activity static report.

Proper inspection of Work Permit

Report unsafe condition and unsafe act at site observed during daily inspection, to site supervisor and Project Manager.

Coordinate with site safety inspector, site supervisors and foremen in charge to advise the remedial measures to rectify any unsafe acts and condition observed during routine inspection.

Conducting Daily and Weekly toolbox meeting and Monthly Safety meeting attend as well maintain the records.

Conduct site safety orientation to all workers in respect to the present Hazards condition.

Conduct routine site inspection to ensure work force always reminded about safety.

Maintaining the failing system for all Safety records for the future statistical reference.
