CTO/ Managing Director

Develop business opportunities in the federal, state government and commercial cellular companies with site builds for UTMS, WIMAX, 3G and LTE upgrades. Spearhead regional logistic strategies for personnel and equipment installation with demonstrated technical expertise needed to establish long-haul connectivity for telecommunication services. Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) for new business opportunities as well as negotiated vendor contracts and cultivate vendor relationships. Review and analyze Statement of Work (SOW) and Performance Specifications to ensure completeness, technical accuracy and feasibility of the service requested. Produce daily reports and database updates critical to staff planning for field operation support. Provide logistic support in ordering equipment and materials required for installation.

Program Management & Business Development (Independent Consultant) 2010 - Present

Consulted on project management and business development for networking and communications projects that implement various technical solutions for a number of customers that include Carriers and Government Enterprises. Oversaw the management of network implementation for customer solutions, coordinating engineering RFP responses, and P&L management. Supervised a team of integration engineers responsible for the network upgrade of 125 cells site which included power, civil, integration, and tower installation. Supported engineering by purchasing equipment, performing site surveys, conducting equipment staging in preparation of installation, and shipment of the equipment to the installation site. Conducted inventory, performed the installation, and developed rack elevations drawings (as built) as well as other project documentation as required and provide project management assistance for the effort based on Government provided requirements.

Directed team of technicians successfully completing installation of lateral fiber from the network backbone to 100 cellular sites to upgrade local access network from T1 to fiber.

Successfully provided Program Management for a team of solution providers to engineer and responded to RFP requests for IT support, Hosted solutions, and Telecommunication services for educational, commercial, and government customers.

Planned and implemented business development program for a network integration provider to provide Turn-up service of the Cisco 15454 Shelf Assembly High Density Network Equipment at multiple of military bases as well as included the purchasing of equipment, preforming site survey, staging and testing of network equipment, implementation plan to provide installation and equipment test and turn-up.
