Oversees all production scheduling, production planning, space management, green goods purchases, and inventory management. Manage approx. 10 Million in A/P and 15 Million in A/R daily.

Review all incoming invoices, credit memos, checks and debit memos.

Set up Sub-Chapter ‘S” Corporations for all Sub-Contracted crews. Filing of the forms SS-4 and the 2553 with the IRS and the stock corporation (SCC 619) with the state corporation commission for the state of Virginia. Supervise 4 members of office staff, receptionist and three administrative assistants.
