General Engineer: 8/14 to 10/15

As a General Engineer performed many tasks related to the review of proposals (cost and technical), working as a COR, and preparing Statement of Work for Blow out Preventer testing protocol, and Shuttle and SPM valves. Visiting valve manufacturers for conducting quality, production, and engineering reviews. Assessing and performing qualification of hardware and software emerging technologies. Systems Engineer:

As a Systems Engineer provided systems and test engineering support & capabilities to the US Army and PEO Soldier by working in Requirements generation, design reviews, architecture development, functional allocation, validation, and other SE tasks. Program Manager-Acquisition:

Provided acquisition management and systems engineering support for the procurement of a new $190 million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Bio-Weapons and Nuclear Elimination Program. Prepared SE documents such as the Statement of Objectives (SOO), Synopsis, Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), Schedule, Request for Proposal (RFP), Acquisition Plan (AP), and Acquisition Strategy Plan (ASP), and provided support for structuring of the Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB). Provided support and assistance to IPTs concerning performance based acquisition, risk management, system trades, & conduct of design reviews. Developed acquisition guides, templates, and training courses to increase acquisition discipline and to ensure the success of CTR programs and projects. Conducted Earned Value Management System (EVMS) surveillance of cost-plus contracts. Employed Winsight software to review and provide my analysis on the contractor furnished EVMS reports and analyzed trends.
