Program Manager-Acquisition:

Provided acquisition management and systems engineering support for the procurement of a new $190 million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Bio-Weapons and Nuclear Elimination Program. Prepared SE documents such as the Statement of Objectives (SOO), Synopsis, Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), Schedule, Request for Proposal (RFP), Acquisition Plan (AP), and Acquisition Strategy Plan (ASP), and provided support for structuring of the Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB). Provided support and assistance to IPTs concerning performance based acquisition, risk management, system trades, & conduct of design reviews. Developed acquisition guides, templates, and training courses to increase acquisition discipline and to ensure the success of CTR programs and projects.
