I have 2 years Fine Pitch Soldering Experience. My Computer Aided Optical Comparator experience includes blue print familiarity and the minimal GD&T aptitude associated with that. I even have experience with AC Line noise, dielectric testing, Solder-ability check, PCB Coupon stress testing, Environmental chamber ramp set-ups, and PCB Testing/Troubleshooting, with proven multitasking capabilities. I was also employed (2.3 years on 11-10-2012), as Shift QA Auditor ($32,783 / year) at SolarWorld Industries America Inc. I also conducted in process lab work (Peel Tests - Elongation Tests & Measuring), with image capture and upload, relative to finished goods and in process materials. Reports include Panel Defect Documentation, Test Results, advising on specifications incongruities and inspection technique improvements. I also did MRB inspection and verification as Well as RMA Evaluations. Audited $250,000,000 worth of merchandise.

I have been employed as a QA Technician (Computer Product Eng. Dept. & Plastics at EPSON - ‘90’s Navy contractor of computers), Lab Technician (PCB coupon testing & solder-ability inspection with scope), IAOI Inspector, Clean-Print-Room Printer and IAOI-Print-Inspector, Circuit and dielectric Integrity Inspector, Checksum, Computerized Optical Comparator Inspector (minimal GDT exp.), R&D Lab Assistant (Computer Product Eng.), Assembly Inspector, Scoped Hand-Solder-Specialist (coils), & SMT & Thru-hole (not currently IPC certified). This experience includes the collection of test data, and generation of reports, with experience in TrueChem software and data input and tracking. I’ve also handled parts delivery and inventory (served as auditor etc.). I used digital microscopes, standard scopes, computerized optical comparators, multi-meters - VOM, oscilloscopes,

X-RAY, multiple soldering tools, calipers, micrometers At SolarWorld I also used Robotic interfacing – for some in-process sample deliveries. I also helped layout design of a SolarWorld QA Defect Tracking DB system.
