Seal oil System

The use of the centrifugal compressor to download the gas seal is in order not to get into the compressor lube oil system that will result in the LEL hi lube oil tank,Standard operating pressure of about +/- 20 psig above the suction pressure compressor

Lube oil System (Main lube oil pump,aux pump, Turning Oil Pump,Emergency Oil Pump,Jacking Oil Pump

Lube oil serves to lubricate the contact area on the bearings and shaft,pressure depends on lube oil system as per OEM spec ( know the specifics must Solar Turbines is 50-60 psig

Basic Control System

With basic mechanical for turbine engine and compressor but understand most Basic control system on Turbotronic of Solar turbine (Allen breadly, of PLC-5 for Turbotronic 3, until the ControlLogix 5000-series for Turbotronic 4)

1.Information devices, which is usually a transmitter or a probe that converts physical quantities (such as temperature, pressure or velocity) into electric signals (such as voltage, current, resistance, or frequency), and sends it to Input Module.

2.Input Module, which works to change electric signals into digital data (similar to the A / D converter) and sends it to the controller.

3.Controller, which contains a program that will make the decision based on the data information received from the input module.

4.Output module, that receives commands (decision) from the controller and converts it into electric signals (voltage or current) (similar in functionality to D / A converter).

5.Decision device, which converts electric signals into physical movement (such as solenoid or actuator).

Routine Job for Compressor and Engine Turbine Base Time

Preventive Maintenace 1K Hours

For Engine Compressor turbine ( This 1000 Hours done after a new engine installed by checking functions lube filter system)

Preventive Maintenace 4K Hours

Routine periodic maintenance 4K to check the function of the oil filter, air filter, air intake, safety device, leakage, by setting this parameter calibration standards

Preventive Maintenace 8K Hours

Routine periodic maintenance 8K with the oil filter and gas, calibration parameter based on the setting, lubricating oil changes if necessary, replacement of air intake filters and function test of safety devices
